Groups is a rapidly growing, mission-driven healthcare company that provides evidence-based treatment for Opioid Use Disorder. Our model uses two of the most powerful tools for recovery: group therapy and medications including buprenorphine-naloxone. Our approach takes the best parts of mutual aid groups (support, and community) and combines them with the latest medical science and technology. At Groups, our medical providers are a key component of our multidisciplinary care team that also includes substance abuse counselors, office managers and peer recovery coaches. This includes collaborating with HR and the Provider Support Manager to on-board new providers as well as completing annual evaluations and performance management of existing providers assigned to you.
