Groups is looking for an organized and self-motivated Justice Involved Case Manager, who will be responsible for providing administrative support to our criminal justice stakeholders and referral partners. This role works closely with the Growth & Development Team and State Leadership to ensure that Groups is providing high quality care to some of our most vulnerable community members.
To be successful in this position you should be detail-oriented, professional, able to solve problems independently, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, have exceptional customer service skills, and demonstrate the ability to navigate and problem solve under pressure. Empathy, efficiency, and ability to balance multiple priorities are essential.
The Justice Involved Case Manager will work to maximize the communication with all criminal justice stakeholders (CJS) and ensure ease of access to treatment for residents leaving the justice system. This team member serves as the “familiar face” that the CJS can connect with, and will be their go-to “problem solver.”
The Justice Involved Case Manager will also assist the care delivery team with project management as needed.
